The Pennsylvania Solar Center is conducting a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified solar developers for the Indiana Wastewater Treatment Plant in Indiana, PA! The primary goal of this RFP is to identify a solar developer to install a quality solar energy system to save money on electricity bills.
To participate, qualified solar developers must submit, or have submitted within two calendar years, a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Pennsylvania Solar Center.
Please sign and return via email to amelia@pasolarcenter.org along with a NABCEP PVIP certification at your earliest convenience. The NABCEP PVIP certification can be held by any member of your team, or a subcontractor who is designated to perform the installation.
The GET Solar team will provide interested developers (with a signed MOU and copy of NABCEP PVIP) access to a secure One Drive folder with additional information about the project site.
A site walkthrough will be conducted on Thursday, November 16th at 1 PM. Please see the RFP Site Schedule for additional details.
All responses to this RFP to submit a notice of intent and preliminary design must be received via email no later than Friday, December 15th, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST.
