April 21, 2025: Traffic, Construction Alerts

Watch out for the following construction during the week of April 21, 2025!

April 18, 2025:

• Lindy Paving (for People’s Gas) will be restoring streets at the following locations (2 months):

  • The intersection of Croyland Avenue and N. 6th Street

  • N. 6th Street between Croyland and Stannard Avenues

  • Near the intersection of Chestnut Street and N. Carpenter Avenue

• R L Spearman will be completing work near the intersection of Oak and N. 12th Street (1 month)

• Creo Green Energy, LLC., Will be completing work on Philadelphia Street between S. 12th Street and S. Paper Mill Avenue

April 21, 2025:

• Shadco, Inc., will be completing work on School Street between Paper Mill and S. Fisher Avenues (3 days)

April 22, 2025:

• Pa American Water will be completing work at the following locations:

  • Nixon Avenue between N. 9th Street and N. Clymer Avenue

  • The NW intersection of N. 5th and Water Street

April 23, 2025:

• Gulisek (for People’s Gas) will be replacing sidewalks at the following locations (2 weeks):

  • N. 8th Street between Croyland and Stannard Avenues

  • N. 7th Street between Croyland Avenue and Chestnut Street

  • N. 7th Street between Shryock Avenue and Chestnut Street

  • Chestnut Street between N. 7th and N. 8th Streets

April 24, 2025:

• Shadco, Inc., will be installing gas mains on Wayne Avenue between Violi Way and Grant Street. Work will be completed on both sides of Wayne Avenue.
