Public Works is replacing all painted crosswalks on the newly asphalted roads with thermoplastic tape. The tape adheres to the surface more efficiently, has strong reflective effects for good visibility day and night, and lasts up to 5 years before beginning to fade. New crosswalks will also be put in on the north and south ends both of 11th and Water street.
