Stiffler McGraw, Indiana Borough’s engineers, began a flow monitor study on March 4, 2018 by collecting data from strategic locations. They have continued monitoring and gathering data in various locations around Indiana Borough. The overall goal is to locate the most severe in-flow and infiltration problems within our system. The data is currently being compiled and the final report is expected to be complete Fall 2018.
