All Council and Committee Meetings are held at the Indiana County Courthouse Annex, 827 Water Street, Indiana PA 15701 with the following exceptions:

• April 22nd, Shade Tree Commission: Indiana Free Library, 845 Philadelphia Street

• November 5th, Borough Council Meeting: Indiana Fire Station, 501 Philadelphia Street Indiana, PA 15701
